The telephone's characteristics may adversely affect sound quality. For certain short dial numbers (e.g. mailbox) the phone does not correctly set up the Bluetooth link. Please try to use the alternative full number of the service instead of the short dial number (i.e. include the dial prefix).
Connectivity issues might occur in combination with iOS5. Mercedes-Benz currently advises against updating to iOS5.
